The Sewing Studio

I worked at The Sewing Studio between late 2021 - early 2024. During this time I was responsible for producing YouTube video tutorials. This involved filming and editing the content from start to finish. Within my 2 years of producing content for the channel the presenters and I grew the channel from 21,000 subscribers to 100,000.

Other responsibilities included:

  • Social media management

  • Content creation (including paid ads)

  • Produce and format blogs for our website

  • Make changes to our Shopify website, this includes basic html alterations

  • Manage company reviews and rewards, including Google Business

100,000 subscribers on YouTube

September 2022 - 

2 million views on a YouTube Short

I re-edited all of our long form YouTube tutorials into Shorts for YouTube and other social media platforms. One of the Shorts recieved 1 million views in the first 50 days, then continued to grow over the following year up to 2 million views.
